What’s guaranteed by April 1, 2027

Start an annual Agency or Enterprise plan on or before July 1, 2026, and SentraCheck guarantees you’ll have full visibility into your ADA Title II compliance posture — and a working remediation workflow — before April 1, 2027. That’s more than three weeks ahead of the DOJ’s April 26, 2027 deadline.

This guarantee covers the analysis, classification, and prioritization work that must happen before any agency can remediate intelligently. Document remediation itself is ongoing work performed throughout your subscription.

What “start” means

The guarantee applies when all three of the following are complete on or before July 1, 2026:

  • ✓ Signed annual MSA (Agency or Enterprise tier)
  • ✓ Completed kickoff call
  • ✓ Read access granted to your website CMS and, where applicable, Legistar / agenda systems

The guarantee applies to your corpus as it exists on the date access is granted. Content published after that date is covered on a rolling basis through your standard subscription.

Exclusions

  • ✗ Content behind authentication or paywalls not accessible to the crawler
  • ✗ Third-party vendor portals not under agency control
  • ✗ Document remediation itself — the guarantee covers audit, classification, prioritization, and scanning, not remediation
  • ✗ Delays caused by agency failure to provide access or complete the kickoff call before July 1, 2026

If we miss April 1, 2027

If any of the six deliverables above are incomplete on April 1, 2027, SentraCheck will credit 25% of your annual subscription fee — applied against your next renewal, or refunded at your agency’s option.
