Terms of Service

Summary: SentraCheck provides document scanning tools to help identify PII, accessibility issues, and compliance risks. We offer a Pilot Program ($99/month through May 1st, 2026) and standard subscription plans (Starter, Professional, Agency, Enterprise). SentraCheck is operated by Computer Systems Plus, Inc. (CSP). While we strive for accuracy, our service is a tool to assist your compliance efforts—not a replacement for legal review or professional judgment.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SentraCheck's services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization (such as a government agency), you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

4. Public Agency Pilot Program

4.1 Pilot Program Overview

SentraCheck offers a month-to-month pilot program ($99/month) available through May 1st, 2026 for government agencies, educational institutions, law firms, and other organizations to evaluate our document compliance tools. The pilot may be cancelled by either party at any time with written notice. There is no long-term commitment. Standard pricing begins May 1st, 2026.

4.6 Account Activation

Upon receipt of the initial payment, Computer Systems Plus, Inc. will provision the pilot account and provide login credentials to designated users.

4.7 Post-Pilot Review

At the conclusion of the pilot, CSP will review usage and feedback with the Client. If the Client elects to continue service, CSP will provide a separate proposal outlining standard service tiers and pricing. There is no obligation to continue beyond the pilot.

4B. Standard Subscription Plans

You retain all rights to documents you upload. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to process your documents solely to provide the Services. This license terminates immediately when processing is complete.

Important: SentraCheck is a tool to assist with compliance efforts. It does not guarantee compliance with any law or regulation and is not a substitute for legal advice or professional judgment.

Publicity rights are opt-in only. If you wish to allow SentraCheck to reference your organization, please contact marketing@sentracheck.com. You may revoke consent at any time by providing written notice to legal@sentracheck.com, and we will remove your agency's name and logo from future materials within 30 days.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) shall survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by JAMS in accordance with its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement.

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.
